Mary Steimer is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2016 and has been practicing since 2013. She has a special interest in symptom management, patient education and clinical research. Mary became interested in oncology and hematology after working as a clinical research coordinator in medical oncology after receiving her undergraduate degree in public health. Her goal is to help deepen her patients' understanding of their diagnoses and associated treatment plans. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Mary currently resides in Fairfax, VA.

Dr. Weir graduated from Elon University's doctor of physical therapy program in 2019 and worked primarily in the orthopedic setting before joining Inova Physical Therapy in March 2021. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including post-surgical, sports and running injuries, and chronic pain conditions. She is certified in Level 1 Functional Dry Needling and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
