Dr. Margaret (Marghi) Guarino, a physical therapist board certified in Orthopedics, has been with Inova Physical Therapy for more than 28 years, with over 31 years of clinical experience. She is the clinic director of IPTC in Centreville and Fair Oaks. She has a special interest in manual therapy, foot and ankle biomechanics and musculoskeletal sports medicine and spinal injuries.
