Dr. Margaret Strickland is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova Medical Group in 2020 with more than four years of clinical experience. She has special interests in the management of abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception, routine and high-risk obstetrics and postpartum wellness. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Strickland served in the United States Navy for eight years, providing care for patients at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and most recently in Iwakuni, Japan. Dr. Margaret (Marghi) Guarino, a physical therapist board certified in Orthopedics, has been with Inova Physical Therapy for more than 28 years, with over 31 years of clinical experience. She is the clinic director of IPTC in Centreville and Fair Oaks. She has a special interest in manual therapy, foot and ankle biomechanics and musculoskeletal sports medicine and spinal injuries. She is a functional dry needling practitioner certified through KinetaCore®. Marghi is a board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
