Dr. Alsamara is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine. She joins Inova Medical Group with over 10 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in management of diabetes, hypertension and obesity. Most recently Dr. Alsamara served as an internist at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Her interest in internal medicine became apparent as she cared for patients with multiple medical problems rather than just one condition. Dr.

Dr. Lami Jeffrey-Coker is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2008 and has been practicing since 1984. Most recently, Dr. Jeffrey-Coker worked as Associate Regional Medical Director for OB hospitalist services and as an OB hospitalist in the high-risk clinic at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA. Dr. Jeffrey-Coker speaks intermediate French and Spanish.
