    Dr. Cecilia Young is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova VIP 360° in 2022 with more than 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. Young graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI, with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at Barnes Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis. After practicing for a few years in Maryland, Dr. Young moved to Northern Virginia in 1999 and has practiced in this area ever since.

    Chandrika Balgobin, DO, FAPA, PMH-C, is a psychiatrist who is board certified in psychiatry and consultation-liaison psychiatry, with additional training and certification in maternal mental health and perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International. She joined Inova in 2016 with clinical interests and a research focus in women's mental health. Dr. Balgobin has received numerous academic and teaching awards and is an inductee of the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
