Dr. Alita Mishra is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine. She joined Inova VIP 360° with more than 17 years of clinical experience. Dr. Mishra is a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her internal medicine residency training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr.

Allison Lorete, FNP-BC, is a primary care nurse practitioner board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova in March 2020 with more than eight years of clinical experience. Allison believes in creating relationships with patients and taking care of them throughout their lifespan. As a former NICU nurse, she has a special interest in women’s health and pediatrics. Her goal is to help her patients reach an optimal level of health and wellness with an emphasis on preventive care. A native of Portland, ME, Allison currently resides in Gainesville, VA, with her husband and two daughters.
