Alice Pope, MBA, CPA, Chief Financial Officer of Inova Health System, is responsible for financial operations including financial reporting, revenue cycle operations, managed care contracting, treasury and investment management. Additionally, her responsibilities include capital planning and forecasting. As part of Inova's executive leadership team, Alice's management and guidance ensures financial stability of the organization, assuring healthcare service programs continue to meet the needs of our patients and the community at-large.

Andrew Gill, MHSA, is the Vice President and Administrator, Inova Heart and Vascular Institute (IHVI). He oversees operating performance and business development across both ambulatory and hospital settings system-wide where IHVI provides care. Andrew joined Inova in 2012 in the Strategic Planning Department where he supported many areas of the organization including IHVI. In that role, he was responsible for developing IHVI’s 5-year strategic plan. He then transitioned into a role to help implement the plan leading up to being named Administrator of the service line.

Christopher M. O'Connor, MD, MACC, FESC, FHFSA, FHFA, joined Inova as the chief executive of the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute (IHVI) in April 2015. In this role, Chris directs IHVI's system-wide cardiovascular strategy, expanding the clinical, research and education programs of the Institute, and recruiting notable cardiac and vascular professionals to further the Institute's stature as a national and international cardiovascular leader. Chris returned to the Washington, DC, area after 31 years at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

Deborah Fulbrook, Ed.M., MHS, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, Debbie, joined Inova Health System as the Assistant Director of the Emergency Department with Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in November 2001. She and her family relocated here from Washington state, where she served as Director of Consulting Nurse Services with Group Health Cooperative. Prior to her tenure with Group Health, she served in a number of nurse leader positions including Nursing Supervisor at Centre Community Hospital in State College, PA, and two overseas assignments with the United States Army in Augsburg and Bad Aibling, Germany.

Fadia Feghali, RN, BSN, MS. NE-BC is an accomplished healthcare nursing executive with more than two decades of experience in nursing leadership in a hospital setting. In Inova Neurosciences she holds responsibility for nursing functions across the entirety of the service line: neurology, neurosurgery, neuroscience nursing, and neurological research and education while also overseeing aa Neuroscience Shared Governance Nursing Council across the health system.

Francine Barr, RN, DNP is the Vice President of Nursing at the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute (IHVI) and serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Inova Alexandria Hospital. She develops and facilitates implementation of nursing strategy for IHVI and manages all aspects of nursing administration, including quality of care, recruitment and retention, and patient experience. Francine joined Inova in 2020 as Chief Nursing Officer at Inova Alexandria Hospital. Prior to that, she spent nearly 20 years in leadership positions at Bon Secours St.

Ibrahim "Pete" Hanna, MD, FACS is Chief Medical officer of Inova Mount Vernon Hospital. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Hanna was chair of the Department of Surgery and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at LifeBridge Grace Medical Center, previously Bon Secours Baltimore Health System. During his tenure, the Department of Surgery achieved 100% SCIP compliance, as well as the highest physician engagement scores across the health system. His previous roles at Bon Secours include Senior Director of Health Informatics at the Enterprise Health System level.
