Natalie Grieb is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova's cardiac surgery team in early 2022 and has been practicing since 2021. Natalie has been a part of Inova Health System since 2014, working the last six years as a nurse in the Level 1 Trauma Center's intensive care unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Originally from Connecticut, Natalie currently lives in Fairfax, VA, with her husband and son. In her spare time, she loves spending time going to Washington Nationals games and visiting the beach with her family.

Natalie Rakestrawm PT, DPT, OCS, joined the Inova Physical Therapy team in 2021. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in health sciences and a minor in nutrition. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA, in 2009. Prior to joining Inova, Natalie worked in a variety of settings in Boston and now locally with a focus in orthopedics and sports injuries.
