Dr Collazo is a board-certified cardiac, thoracic and congenital heart surgeon. He joined Inova Medical Group with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He has a special interest in the surgical management of congenital heart disease in children and adults. Dr. Collazo is the Medical Director of Pediatric and Congenital Cardiac Surgery and serves as the Surgical Director of Inova's Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. He became interested in congenital cardiac and thoracic surgery during medical school after rotating on the pediatric cardiothoracic surgery service.

Lucia graduated from University of Chile in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. In the first years of her career she worked in a hospital where she gained experience in all aspects of physical therapy including acute care and outpatient rehabilitation. She is an experienced clinician focusing in outpatient orthopedics with special interest in spine and TMD conditions, myofascial pain, runner injuries and post surgical conditions. She follows the Paris method of manual therapy and spinal manipulation by the University of St. Augustine.

Luis Martin Gomez, MD, MScE, is a perinatologist physician board certified in maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology. He joined Inova Health System in 2017 and has been practicing in the field of maternal-fetal medicine since 2011.    Prior to joining Inova, Dr.
