Dr. Holger Noelle is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. He joined Inova Health System in 2017 and has been practicing since 1995. Dr. Noelle became interested in family practice because of his focus in treating a wide variety of issues as they apply to standard and holistic medicine. Dr. Homaira Behsudi-Wali is a board-certified primary care physician. She has special interest in the management and prevention of chronic diseases, while also taking care of acute and routine conditions. She joined Inova Medical Group with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Dr. Homayoun Hashemi is a specialty care physician board certified in General and Vascular Surgery. He is a registered Vascular Technologist and Peripheral Vascular interpreter. He currently practices only vascular surgery. He specializes in the management of aortic aneurysms (open and minimally invasive technique), carotid artery surgery, dialysis access, laser treatment of varicose veins and treatment of blockages in all arteries. Ashley Nguyen is a family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2022 and has been practicing since 2021. Ashley has more than five years of experience working as a labor and delivery nurse with Inova Women's Hospital. Prior to joining Inova, Ashley worked as an urgent care nurse in Falls Church, VA.
