Gracia North is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2020. Prior to joining Inova, Gracia conducted compensation and pension examinations for the Veterans Affairs. Gracia’s clinical areas of interest include women’s health, preventative health and psychiatric/mental health. Her patient care philosophy is centered around collaboration and working with her patients to design a plan that will optimize their health.

Dr. Greg Fischer is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management with more than 29 years of clinical experience. He completed his pain management fellowship through Harvard’s combined program after finishing his anesthesia residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He has been with Inova Health System since 1998 and serves as the Medical Director for the Inova Comprehensive Pain Centers. Dr.

Dr. Greg Gaski is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in trauma injuries to bones, joints, and soft tissues including muscles, tendons and ligaments. He joined Inova in 2020 and has been practicing since 2006. Dr. Gaski was drawn to the challenging field of orthopedic trauma due to the complex nature of injuries with multiple broken bones, compound fractures, and fractures near a joint or of the pelvis, which require specialized care.

Greg was born in Milwaukee, WI, where he grew up until the age of 19 when he left and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 2007-2013, receiving an honorable discharge as a Sergeant (E5) of Marines. He then pursued his new career as a physical therapist assistant. While waiting for his acceptance into the PTO program, Greg attended the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage where he became a Virginia licensed massage therapist and worked with Inova physical therapy during schooling as a PTA.
