Dr. Eva Li is specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System, who is fully committed to providing personal and compassionate care to her patients. As an OB-GYN, Dr. Li feels privileged to have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and follow them from adolescence through menopause. She enjoys all aspects of the specialty, with a particular interest in gynecology, routine obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Being an osteopathic physician, Dr.

Dr. Evangelia Tsapos is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2020 and has been practicing since 2017.  Previously, Dr. Tsapos was a resident at the Fairfax Family Practice Residency Program at Inova.

Evangeline Delgado is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova Medical Group with over 10 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in management of diabetes, thyroid disorder, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, pituitary adenomas and obesity. Most recently, Evangeline has served as a nurse practitioner at Inova Transitional Services where she saw and managed hospital discharged patients who suffered from: congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, diabetes, pneumonia and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Evelyn Cohn, FNP-BC (ANCC Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certified) has a clinical interest in Obstetrics, and has been in practice since 1998. Evelyn received her medical education from the University of Utah, earning an MSN in Nursing Education and Family Practice. She also speaks Spanish. When not serving patients in the clinic, Evelyn enjoys traveling, skiing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
