Danielle received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University. She is an experienced therapist who has been practicing since 2012 in both inpatient and outpatient neurological rehabilitation settings. She received her undergraduate degree from Duke University where she was a member of the Varsity Swim Team. In 2017, Danielle achieved her certification as a specialist in neurological rehabilitation and completed a vestibular rehabilitation certification program from Emory University in 2014. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Danilo Acosta Diaz is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology who subspecializes in benign gynecologic surgery using minimally invasive techniques at Inova Health System. He joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 2016. Prior to joining Inova, Dr.

Dr. Nguyen is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. He joined Inova Medical Group with over three years of clinical experience. He has a special interest in the management of childhood and adolescent health along with diabetes and preventative medicine.  Dr. Nguyen became interested in family medicine to better the health and wellness of the community. His goal is to help his patients achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Nguyen assists his patients in managing chronic conditions so they may live a more fulfilling life. Dr.

Danyelle is a board-certified physician assistant. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing since 2019. She supports neurosurgeons James Leiphart, MD, and John Hamilton, MD. Prior to joining Inova, Danyelle completed her master of science in physician assistant studies at South University Richmond in Richmond, VA and her MHS in reproductive and cancer biology at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health in Baltimore, MD. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh. Danyelle enjoys watching football (go Ravens) and hiking.

Daren graduated from Howard University with his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy in 1996. Daren joined IPTC in 2006 at Inova Physical Therapy Center Woodbridge. He served as interim clinic director for 3 months before getting the opportunity to become the Director at Inova Physical Therapy Center Dulles South. In 2007, Daren completed his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Over the last 8 years, Daren became a Regional Director with director responsibilities of up to 6 clinics.

Dr. Daryadokht Maanavi is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. Dr. Maanavi is a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School and received her specialty training at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at George Washington University School of Medicine and Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Dr. Maanavi also serves as the Medical Director for the women’s service line at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
