We are happy to announce that you are now able to fill out your Donor History Questionnaire on the date of your donation, prior to arriving to the donor center. ABO Quick Pass ABO Quick Pass is a module within our new Blood Establishment Computer System, BBCS. Quick Pass allows prospective donors to enter their donor history questionnaire responses on the day of their donation. Please make sure to bring your questionnaire completion confirmation barcode to your scheduled appointment.
