Amanda M Dickey, FNP

Amanda Dickey is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family medicine. She joined Inova Medical Group with more than five years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in preventive health, episodic care and the management of chronic disease in children and adults. Amanda has also worked in the urgent care setting providing episodic care to patients on a walk-in basis. Amanda became interested in primary care because she wanted to focus on preventive care and disease management. Her goal is to help patients learn how to better equip themselves to take control of their health to prevent illness and disease so they can achieve a better quality of life. A native of Bangor, Maine, Amanda currently resides in Aldie, Virginia, with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling both near and far and spending time with her family and friends.
