Benjamin Igwe, PT, DPT, MBA, OCS

Ben has been with Inova Health System since 2011 and has been a physical therapist since 2007. He received his education at the State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He also went back to obtain his Master's in Business Administration with a Certificate in Data Analytics in 2021. Ben has experience in various areas of physical therapy acute, skilled nursing, home health and outpatient care where he has spent the majority of career professionally since joining Inova. Ben has certifications in Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Certified Manual Trigger Point Dry Needling, APTA credentialed clinical instructor, A Certified Level 3 Medical Profession in Titleist Performance Institute (golf), and Certified in Sportsmetrics – the first ACL knee injury prevention program that is scientifically proven. Ben enjoys learning, performing community outreach, health and wellness programs, educating others on benefits of exercise and being active to improve overall quality of life. Ben is also a sports fanatic – playing, watching and enjoying all forms of sport related activities
