Emily Palmer, PT, DPT

Emily has been part of the Inova Physical Therapy team since 2017. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and a minor in coaching education. She went on to graduate with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2016. Emily has a passion for treating patients with sports related injuries, pediatrics, and neurological disorders. She prefers to treat with a combination of a hands-on approach and strengthening. She is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2013 and enjoys volunteering with the VPTA chapter. In her free time Emily enjoys hiking, biking, photography and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
