Erin Gooch, PT, DPT

Erin is a physical therapist with experience across multiple specialties including inpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine, private practice and military settings. The focus of her clinical practice at the Inova Physical Therapy Center is in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy. She is a McKenzie Certified Provider, Certified GRASTON provider, certified in dry needling, trained in blood flow restriction therapy and is a pelvic health provider. She is committed to her profession as a certified American Physical Therapy Association instructor to educate and mentor undergraduate and doctoral students as they seek out their professional degrees through clinical rotations in the physical therapy field. Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in kinesiology from Dalhousie University, where she worked as an athletic trainer for collegiate soccer and hockey teams. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. Erin enjoys running, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
