Hannah Schum, LPTA

Hannah is a Northern Virginia native and received an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Northern Virginia Community College in 2013. She joined Inova in 2017 after working in sub-acute rehabilitation. Her experience includes treating orthopedic conditions in the older adult population as well as athletes eager to return to sport. As part of Inova's bone program, Hannah is passionate about the education and treatment for those at risk or diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis. She is also a Certified Clinical Bike Fitter; analyzing faulty mechanics that may be lend to pain or decreased performance on a bike. Hannah seeks to provide a healing environment while empowering patients with the tools and resources to help restore function, mitigate disability, and return to the activities they love. Hannah loves music, the outdoors, cycling, running and spending time with friends.
