James K Sullivan, FNP

James Keith Sullivan is a board certified specialty care nurse practitioner. He joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2019. Prior to joining Inova, James worked at Saint Thomas West Heart Group in Nashville, TN, as an electrophysiology nurse for more than six years. James brings an array of knowledge in the treatment of most cardiovascular disorders. His expertise in disorders involving arrhythmias of the heart include atrial fibrillation (Afib) and a number of ventricular arrhythmias. James also brings a vast amount of familiarity with the management of those patients with implanted cardiac devices including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs) and implantable cardiac monitors (Linqs). A native of the southeast, James is excited to be in the DC area to continue to care for those with cardiovascular needs.
