Kathleen Rodgers, MA, RDN, CDCES

Kathleen Rodgers is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). She has a master's degree in exercise physiology and a bachelor's degree in dietetics. Kathleen’s specialties include diabetes care and education, medical nutrition therapy, cardiovascular health, food sensitivities, weight management and fitness. She has worked with people of all backgrounds in multiple settings for more than fifteen years. Her specialized training allows her to design individualized nutrition and physical activity plans based on each person's goals and interests, helping them make seemingly small, yet significant changes that translate into lifelong healthy behaviors.
