Keri L Bortz, NP

Keri Bortz is an adult and gerontology primary care nurse practitioner at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2021. Previously, Keri worked at Family Medicine of Clifton and Centreville, VA, for practicum experience for her master’s in nursing. Keri brings experience in primary care, long-term care, chronic disease management, and hospice and palliative care in the home, facility and hospital settings. She incorporates a desire to help people thorough health promotion and chronic disease management. Keri enjoys working with the geriatric population and possesses great interpersonal communication skills to build positive patient-and-provider relationships and provide primary healthcare in clinic and patient homes.
