Lauren Buyer, PT, DPT

Lauren joined the Inova Physical Therapy Center in 2022. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Pennsylvania State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Arcadia University. She has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since 2014 in a variety of locations including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington, Maryland, and now Virginia. Lauren has completed the Pelvic Floor Level 1 course through Herman and Wallace along with several other pelvic floor courses including Care of the Pregnant Patient. Her areas of special interest are pelvic floor rehab, pregnancy and postpartum, running related injuries, and vestibular rehab. Lauren was born and raised in State College, PA, and most recently moved from Seattle to Northern Virginia. In her free time she enjoys training for marathons, spending time with her family, watching Penn State football and traveling.
