Madhab Lamichhane, MD

Dr. Madhab Lamichhane is a specialty care physician board certified in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, nuclear medicine, and internal medicine at Inova Health System. He joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing in the United States since 2009. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Lamichhane worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He has experience working in both academic and community medical centers. Dr. Lamichhane’s clinical practice involves treatment of patients with coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease, arrhythmia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, pericardial disease and peripheral arterial disease. He wants to work together with patients, helping them to understand and manage their cardiac conditions including early identification of risk factors to prevent or minimize undesired outcomes from diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
