Mary A Steimer, NP

Mary Steimer is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2016 and has been practicing since 2013. She has a special interest in symptom management, patient education and clinical research. Mary became interested in oncology and hematology after working as a clinical research coordinator in medical oncology after receiving her undergraduate degree in public health. Her goal is to help deepen her patients' understanding of their diagnoses and associated treatment plans. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Mary currently resides in Fairfax, VA. In her spare time she enjoys taking yoga classes, spending time with family and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
