Meghan A Lainoff, PA

Meghan Lainoff is a board-certified, specialty care physician assistant. Meghan graduated from Radford Carilion University in Roanoke, VA, where she obtained her Physician Assistant degree in 2018. She is licensed to practice in the state of Virginia. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing as a physician assistant since 2019. Prior to joining Inova, Meghan worked as an Interventional Pulmonology Physician Assistant at UAB Health System in Birmingham, AL, a nationally-ranked academic medical center and comprehensive cancer center serving Alabama and its surrounding states. As such, she is experienced with managing various malignant and non-malignant complex airway diseases, pleural diseases, and lung nodule/lung cancer screening. She values the importance of collaboration with various specialties in order to provide the best care for her patients.  Meghan grew up in a military family and moved around as a child, but has lived in Northern Virginia since 2001. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family/pets and baking.  Memberships/Accreditations American Associate of Physician Assistants (AAPA) Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants (VAPA) American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (AABIP) American Thoracic Society (ATS) American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP)
