Nitu Pandit, PT

Nitu Pandit is a licensed physical therapist with Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 1999. Nitu has focused on outpatient physical therapy, treating a wide range of patient populations with various sports injuries, acute and chronic orthopedic problems, as well as pre- and postsurgical patients. Nitu believes in educating her patients in preventive, conservative care and teaching patients to take control of their health to lead a healthy life. She is fluent in Hindi. Outside the office, Nitu enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, traveling, hiking and gardening.
