Dr. Sharayu B. Sawant is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Medical Group with more than 21 years of clinical experience and is passionate about preventive health. Special clinical interests include integrative and complementary medicine. Dr. Sawant decided to specialize in family medicine because she loves treating patients of all ages and guiding them along their health journey. Her goal is to help her patients live as healthy and fully as possible. She is passionate about preventative and women's health. A native of Bombay, India, Dr. Sawant currently resides in Ashburn, VA with her husband and two children. In her spare time she likes to cook, hike and practice yoga.
