Shruthi Edunuri, MD

Dr. Edunuri is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joins Inova Medical Group with over five years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in management of hypertension, diabetes, and preventative medicine. Most recently Dr. Edunuri served as a primary care physician in Michigan. Dr. Edunuri became interested in primary care because she wanted to take care of patients from birth and grow with them and be a part of their life. The variety and diversity of patients in primary care is what keeps her motivated at work. Her goal is to help her patients and their families live a healthier and balanced life by listening to them and recommending the changes, be it in medicines, lifestyle or even a mindset. A native of India, Dr. Edunuri currently resides in Virginia with her a spouse and two children. In her spare time she likes to read, cook, travel and spend time with family and friends.
