Steven F Berman, MD

Dr. Steven Berman is a specialty care cardiologist board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. He joins Inova Medical Group with over 27 years of clinical experience. Most recently, Dr. Berman served as an attending cardiologist in private practice in Springfield, VA. Dr. Berman became interested in cardiology on his first day of medical school, during a lecture about the heart. Since then, his fascination has only grown. His goal as a physician is to form a true partnership with his patients, working together to understand and to heal. A native of the Bronx, NY, Dr. Berman currently resides in Fairfax, VA. In his spare time he likes to read all kinds of books, watch C-SPAN, and spend time outdoors, with the goal of stopping to smell the roses as often as possible.
