Vineet Kumar, MD

Dr. Vineet Kumar is a cardiac electrophysiologist with more than 10 years of clinical experience. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, clinical cardiac electrophysiology, echocardiography and nuclear medicine. He has a special interest in management of heart rhythm disorders, particularly atrial fibrillation, premature ventricular contractions and ventricular tachycardia. Dr. Kumar became interested in electrophysiology to help and permanently cure patients with disabling heart rhythm disorders. His goal is to treat each patient as family by providing personal attention and excellent clinical care. A native of India, Dr. Kumar currently resides in Fairfax, VA with his wife and two children. In his spare time he likes to play with his kids, bike, practice yoga and explore flavors from around the world.
