Greg David Fischer, MD Director, Pain Program, Inova Health System Medical Director, Inova Comprehensive Pain Centers Dr. Greg Fischer is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management with more than 29 years of clinical experience. He completed his pain management fellowship through Harvard’s combined program after finishing his anesthesia residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He has been with Inova Health System since 1998 and serves as the Medical Director for the Inova Comprehensive Pain Centers.
