Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship Program

The pediatric hospital medicine (PHM) fellowship program at Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital is designed to foster the development of hospitalists who will become experts in clinical medicine, education and research. Graduates of our program will be equipped with the skills needed to serve as leaders in PHM, advancing healthcare for children and adolescents. About Inova Children’s Hospital Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital is located on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, VA, about 10 miles southwest of Washington, DC. As a tertiary-care referral center for Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia, Inova Children’s Hospital offers ample opportunities for PHM fellows to gain experience caring for children with a variety of diagnoses ranging from common general pediatric conditions to those with greater medical complexity, which require a more multidisciplinary approach.
