Kamilah Halmon, MD, FAAP PHM Program Director Kamilah Halmon, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist at Inova Children's Hospital. Dr. Halmon completed her undergraduate degree at Spelman College in Atlanta and graduated from St. Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Inova Children's Hospital, where she was also Chief Resident. Dr. Halmon lives in Fairfax. Stephanie Hom DeVeau-Rosen, MD, FAAP PHM Associate Program Director Stephanie Hom DeVeau-Rosen, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist at Inova Children's Hospital. Dr. DeVeau-Rosen completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed pediatric residency at Stony Brook Long Island Children's Hospital followed by a pediatric hospital medicine fellowship at Children's Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk, VA. Dr. DeVeau-Rosen joined Inova Children’s Hospital in 2016. She lives in Fairfax and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Nisha Gupta, MD, FAAP PHM Associate Program Director Nisha Gupta, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist at Inova Children's Hospital. Dr. Gupta completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland College Park and graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine as part of the global scholar's program. She completed her pediatric residency at MetroHealth Medical Center affiliated with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland followed by a two-year pediatric hospital medicine fellowship at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in San Francisco. Dr. Gupta joined Inova Children's Hospital in 2019 and lives in Arlington, VA. She enjoys traveling and trying out new restaurants. Courtney Port, DO, FAAP PHM Scholarship Director Courtney Port, DO, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist at Inova Children's Hospital. She is the Director of Quality and Safety Curriculum for Inova's Pediatric Residency program and is responsible for building a successful longitudinal quality improvement (QI) and patient safety curriculum, which prepares resident physicians to practice QI principles and lead multidisciplinary QI projects. Dr. Port completed her undergraduate degree at East Tennessee State University, her master's in public health from George Washington University in Washington, DC, and her medical degree from Midwestern University. She completed pediatric residency at Inova Children's Hospital. Dr. Port lives in Annandale with her husband and three children.
